dc.description.abstract1This work deals with brazilian slavery abolition centenary news papers Pólemical opened in local newspapers throughout the five inicial months of 1988 incite us in knowing better argumentation towards extremai inequalities of brazilian race relations. Intense mobilization black militance demonstrated on that occasion, if provoques in centenary newspapers an emergence of well-known argumentation of brazilian racism, stuck by poor excuse that deserve, a long time, myth's refulgence, brings back too, inffluenced and involved by movement-s replys, so absorbed in thought in intimate contacts of assessories, councils, secretaries, memoriais, the new singers of Palmares, the brave strugglers anti-apartheid in South África. First chapter is dedicáted to analyse images that affirrr black inferiority, with brazilian soul striking generosity. Two next chapters addresè the identification and exam of two principal arguments mobilized to neglect debate towards racism and its objective mechanisms of domination in brazilian society. Finnaly, fourth chapter attempt to capt, witnout being rigorous, we anticipate, tension occasioned by elements of black movement argumentation inside official discoursc. Work is illustrated with some cartoons compiled in centenary newspapers, so expressivo that would deserve ar exclusive research oriented to its own wealth of significatior. Appendix III presents an indexation of signec subjects, not only cssays and articles, but equally some little notes, that wc were induced to list by the sentiment that they will be of great value for anothers researeners.pt_BR
